DPS: packing, dispatch and gate passes
Use your existing DPS login. Gate passes stay linked to DPS dispatches.
Factory work in the ERP
Receive → Quality check → Issue materials → Record output → Quality release. Packing, dispatch and gate passes continue in DPS.
Manual ERP delivery record (fallback only)
During reconciliation, keep using DPS for dispatch. Do not create an additional ERP delivery for an event that will be imported later.
Manual ERP delivery record
Save a delivery draft, review the quantities, then post it to reduce stock. Create the customer invoice in QuickBooks. This records stock costs in the ERP; it does not create an ERP sales invoice.
